CRM with USPS shipment tracking integration
$750.00/ month
Includes: 1 month of access to the CRM system, 2 hours of support usable in 15 minute increments (hours do not roll over) and monthly maintenance to ensure system operation. Additional support is available at $100/hour. Payments are auto-billed monthly to the credit card on file and may be canceled at any time without notice. All services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Failure to pay after 7 days will result in account suspension. Failure to pay after 30 days will result in irreversible loss of database records.
SLA: Urgent or critical issues affecting several users will be acknowledged within 1 hour and resolved same-day (immediate fix if possible). High-severity issues affecting individual users will be acknowledged the same day and resolved within 0-3 days. New development requests are not covered under this SLA.
Shippo Integration: Shippo account and payments to Shippo are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to keep a Shippo account current and in good standing will cause the CRM tracking update automation to not work. Once the initial Shippo account is configured to work with the CRM, any changes or updates (such as moving to or adding another Shippo account) will result in additional charges.
